Full Energy Audit of our Club

Recently, our Executive Director Dick McGregor wrote to all members alerting them of our collaboration with Knox City Council regarding the possible upgrade of our rink lighting.

This collaboration was fully supported by a full energy audit of the club undertaken by Danielle King, Director of Green Moves Australia who had identified the lighting and a number of other issues that will result in cost savings to the club & reduction of our carbon footprint.

Our involvement with Danielle has been made possible by way of a State Government grant in excess of $2000 from the Department of Sustainability – Community Change & Energy Action Programme

This audit will also help support our efforts to improve club facilities via various appropriate grant applications.
